Build your Business at Southend. The airport has the space at Southend, and land to suit your developing business needs and we are keen to support growing businesses and inward investment bringing employment to our community.

Offices – There are usually offices available either in our Viscount House Building or within the facilities of companies based at the airport. For airport related uses we can quickly erect new facilities to suit your requirements.

Hangarage – Again, depending on the size and number of aircraft you require to keep at the airport, we normally have spaces available in airport hangars or within the facilities of airport base companies.

The airport would be pleased to provide new hangarage capacity for operators on the airport. The airport has land available which can be leased so that companies can build their own hangars to meet their own business requirements or the airport would be pleased to erect hangars on a pre-let basis, subject to contract.
