NXEA RAIL SERVICE DISRUPTION – BETWEEN SOUTHEND AIRPORT & LIVERPOOL STREET
Due to the ongoing upgrade to the train line between London Southend Airport and London Liverpool Street, please be advised of the following alterations to the scheduled service operations during December and over the Christmas / New Year period
Sunday 18th December
Trains between Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria will be subject to a bus replacement service between Shenfield and Wickford.
The advertised journey time increases to 1 hour 38 minutes
Saturday 24th December
No direct trains between Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria. All services start or terminate at Seven Kings where an NXEA bus replacement service will operate to Newbury Park (London Underground) station.
The advertised journey time increases to 1 hour 38 minutes
Sunday 25th December & Monday 26th December
NO SERVICE OPERATING
Tuesday 27th December
No direct trains between Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria. All services start or terminate at Shenfield where an NXEA bus replacement service will operate to Newbury Park (London Underground) station.

Metro services replace NXEA service between Liverpool Street and Shenfield. NXEA service resumes from/to Shenfield.

No direct trains between Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria. All services start or terminate at Shenfield where an NXEA bus replacement service will operate to Newbury Park (London Underground) station.
The advertised journey time increases to 1 hour 44 minutes
The airport operated "shuttle bus" will continue normal operation between Southend Airport Station and the Terminal building.
