The airport is located just off the A127 which provides easy access to the M25, A13, A12 and onwards to central London within an hour.

From the North:

Join the M25 going southbound (clockwise) eventually exiting at Junction 29 (Signed as A127 Southend/Basildon) merge onto the Southend Arterial Road (A127) after 17.4 miles take 1^stexit at the roundabout onto Nestuda Way at the next roundabout take the 3^rdexit onto the new airport road St. Lawrence Road. At the end of this road take the second exit at the mini roundabout onto Eastwoodbury Lane. Follow Eastwoodbury Lane round to the Harp House roundabout. At the roundabout turn left onto the Eastern Perimeter Road the new terminal will be on your left.

From the South:
Join the M25 going northbound (anti clockwise) eventually exiting at Junction 29 (Signed as A127 Southend/ Basildon) merge onto the Southend Arterial Road (A127) after 17.4 miles take 1^stexit at the roundabout onto Nestuda Way at the next roundabout take the 3^rdexit onto the new airport road St. LAwrence Road. At the end of this road take the second exit at the mini roundabout onto Eastwoodbury Lane. Follow Eastwoodbury Lane round Follow Eastwoodbury Lane round to the Harp House roundabout. At the roundabout turn left onto the Eastern Perimeter Road the new terminal will be on your left.

From Central London:

A127/A12:

Join the A12 and follow it Eastbound (Signed as Chelmsford/Leyton/M11) after 10 miles the road will change on Eastern avenue into the A127 follow this down for 21 miles. After 21 miles take 1^stexit at the roundabout onto Nestuda Way at the next roundabout take the 3^rdexit onto the new airport road. At the end of this road take the second exit at the mini roundabout onto Eastwoodbury Lane. Follow Eastwoodbury Lane round Follow Eastwoodbury Lane round to the Harp House roundabout. At the roundabout turn left onto the Eastern Perimeter Road the new terminal will be on your left.

A127/A13:

Join the A13 for 27 miles and follow it Eastbound down to the Sadlers Farm Roundabout heading towards Chelmsford/Southend/A127. After 2 miles take the second exit at the roundabout onto the A1245 heading towards London/Basildon/Rayleigh/A127. At the next roundabout take the third exit onto the A127 heading towards Southend. Follow the A127 down for 5 miles then take 1^stexit at the roundabout onto Nestuda Way at the next roundabout take the 3^rdexit onto the new airport road. At the end of this road take the second exit at the mini roundabout onto Eastwoodbury Lane. Follow Eastwoodbury Lane round to the Harp House roundabout. At the roundabout turn left onto the Eastern Perimeter Road the new terminal will be on your left.
