A quiet space away from the bustle of the main Departures terminal, complete with light bites, snacks and a selection of hot, cold and alcoholic refreshments. Comfortable seating, unlimited Wi-Fi and charging facilities are readily available.
Your booking also includes breakfast* and lunch options.
Please come straight to The Pilot Bar counter, avoiding any queue for the bar counter itself, where the team will check your booking and allow access into the lounge area directly.

SKYLIFE @ The Pilot
SKYLIFE @ The Pilot is our pop-up lounge facility within a private section of The Pilot Bar.
Expect comfortable seating, charging facilities and a full drinks selection (including hot, cold and alcoholic refreshments) as well as breakfast and lunch options.
Please come straight to The Pilot Bar counter, avoiding any queue for the bar counter itself, where the team will check your booking and allow access into the lounge area directly.
Please head towards The Pilot Bar and you’ll see a dedicated welcome sign for our SKYLIFE @ The Pilot patrons just to the side of The Navigator Pub. Ring the entrance bell and a member of our team will be with you promptly.

Children and babies are welcome, and those aged 36 months or younger are applicable for free entry. Families booking with children of up to 36 months do not need to make a booking for the child/children for whom free entry is granted. (Children aged 36 months and above are charged the standard entry price).

Where to find us
Not sure where to go? Follow these directions:
- Once you’ve passed through Security, walk straight ahead towards Departures
- You might be asked to show your passport for a quick random check
- Directly in front of you, you should spot the doors to our SKYLIFE Lounge
- If you’ve used the lift/stairs/escalator to head down into the main Departures area, you’ve gone too far! Head back upstairs and immediately turn right.
Opening times
SKYLIFE Lounge will be open from May 2024, subject to change and flight scheduling. The lounge is expected to be open on:
- Monday afternoons
- Wednesday afternoons
- Friday afternoons
- Sunday afternoons
SKYLIFE Lounge will be open in tandem with The Navigator pub.
Please note that SKYLIFE Lounge will not be open for a flight scheduled to depart at midday or 1pm, as this is included as part of our morning operation and staff shifts.
